For mobile network giants Vodafone, customer feedback is key, and their Customer Experience Centre needed a fresh new look. Our partners at Platform Group took care of the strategic communications, digital interactives and 3D design, with Rocket Projects on hand to construct and install the joinery upgrade and electrical works on a tight timescale.
Vodafone is a big part of the technological world, so this design + build needed to reflect how modern and forward thinking they are, and facilitate new audio/video equipment. Huge screens, interactivity and sleek, simple design were all key to this project.
Once the existing joinery had been stripped out, we supplied and installed some glossy custom-built cabinets and housing to surround the touch screens for staff and customer use. We sourced glass for the meeting rooms and fitted new lighting. All electrical work and final decorating was completed by us, adding the final flourish to this exciting modern renovation.
With a stunning space to show off, Vodafone is able to bring in customers and give them the best experience possible. Their modern ethos is represented, but isn’t overwhelming. The centre is functional and innovative – a perfect combination.
