For Apetito, we created a Customer Experience Centre at their main factory
Apetito provides award‑winning meals for hospitals, schools, care homes and nurseries.
At their Head Office in Trowbridge, we created a Customer Experience Centre designed to showcase their products, with a demonstration kitchen where clients can enjoy meals freshly prepared by Apetito’s team of chefs.

We didn't just update the kitchen ......
The brief was to refresh the reception and waiting areas and create flexible space for meetings and presentations. Using an A/V video wall and an elevating boardroom table, our team maximised the available space to deliver the multi‑functional environment Apetito needed.
We also created a brand‑new reception area with a bespoke reception desk and customer seating, enhanced by a unique staff hero wall for an engaging welcome. A bespoke turnstile entry system completed the scheme and, within just 10 weeks, Apetito was ready to unveil the new space. Images courtesy of Jim Stephenson.
