WORKSPACE
MAG interactive.
Needing to find space for over 30 staff working from their Brighton office,
MAG Interactive contacted us to discuss their plans for relocating to larger premises within the recently refurbished Bostel House in the heart of Brighton. Taking inspiration from MAG Interactive’s Stockholm offices, the design focused on warm neutral tones and a homely, inviting atmosphere.

From the outset we began work on the concept drawings
We worked closely with senior MAG personnel to gain a deep understanding of their culture
and values – including the noshoes office policy. This process acts as a design audit, helping
us identify what really matters to the business and ensuring the key objectives of the design
and build project are fully realised.

Across three floors, we created a highly flexible workspace with acoustic solutions, collaboration zones, breakout areas, hotdesking, private meeting rooms and a dedicated development team space. A key feature is the kitchen and tea/coffee point – a direct reflection of MAG’s Stockholm office – creating a mirrored setting for video conferenced team meetings.
