Needing to find space for over 30 staff working from their Brighton office,
MAG Interactive contacted us to discuss their ideas for their move to larger premises at the recently refurbished Bostel House in central Brighton.

From the outset we began work on the concept drawings
taking inspiration from the MAG Interactive offices in Stockholm of warm neutral tones and a homely inviting feel. We worked closely with the senior MAG personnel to get under the skin of their business (for example we discovered the MAG policy of no shoes in the office) – this process is like a design audit and enables our team to ensure the key elements of this design and build project are achieved for our client.
Over 3 floors, our team needed to incorporate a flexible space with acoustic solutions, collaboration zones, breakout space, hot desks, a private meeting room and a dedicated development team area alongside the most important kitchen and tea/coffee point area (which is a direct reflection of the Stockholm office, providing a mirror image for video conferenced team meetings).
