If your design is finalised and tender package ready, we are very competitive when it comes to tendering for commercial projects.

Much of our work is done in the role of main contractor and we are very familiar with the JCT contracts and guidelines, we are fully insured, and all site staff are CSCS registered.

Working as principal or general contractor we have all the skills and services necessary for any construction project size and timescale. On large scale projects for blue chip companies, we regularly work with client appointed contractors,

Incumbent suppliers, facilities companies, and consultants where required. On smaller and domestic projects, we will undertake and complete all work with our own experienced team of suppliers and contractors.

Landlords (Cat A)

Rocket Projects have worked with many local landlords and developers on commercial building projects and our professional team ensure a high specification of work is delivered in tight timescales.

Cat A describes the level of fit- out

a commercial space is completed to by the landlord in preparation for marketing and subsequent tenant fit out (Cat B). There is no standard brief for what is included in these works, but a category A fit out may include:

Raised access floors and suspended ceilings

Distribution of lighting (including emergency lighting)

Fire alarm distribution

Basic power layout
